Villas DeRosa Beach Front Condos
 A proud member of the PADI Resort Association, Villa De Rosa's modern and deluxe condos and villas are located south of the Cancun airport. Villas DeRosa is not only a wonderful beach resort, but has established itself as the favorite resort destination for cave and cavern divers visiting the New Frontier on the Yucatan Peninsula.
The villas are located directly on the beach with breath-taking views of the Caribbean. purified water supply, stereos, television -- they're all here, and all bedrooms are air conditioned. As you play in the cenotes, bask on the pristine beach just outside your patio, swim in the pool, or frolic in our kayaks, you'll be pampered by a staff seasoned with 20 years of experience in the hospitality business. It's a top-notch facility, staffed by professionals.

VillasDeRosa Resort has accommodations for all size groups. With 29 bedrooms in all, we have 1,2 & 3 bedroom beach front condos with hotel rooms that can be added for larger groups.

Each bedroom will have either one king size bed or two twin size beds (Your choice)
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom

Relax and take pleasure from a dip in our hourglass shaped swimming pool and allow yourself some time for relaxation and to just hang out.
You will find a changing room/bathroom in one corner of our pool area and also an international phone. We have partially covered the shallow side of the pool for more control of the sun during the summer months.
The pool is open all hours, so enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. Although we have the wonderful Caribbean Sea in front of the condos for a gigantic pool, the fresh water swimming pool is fun too.
 Beach Bar
Now this is great….You do not even have to leave the beach to enjoy your favorite beverage, snack or meals…
Restaurant Bar
La Terraza Restaurant and Bar offers excellent choices of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We feature a variety of American, Mexican and Mayan cuisine. USD choice meats, homemade desserts, and creative salads are just a start to the menu.
We can serve you in your condo, on the rooftop's Terraza, or by the pool at the "Pool-Side Cafe". Dine at La Terraza Bar and enjoy the spectacular view of the coastline.
Dinner prices range from $8.00 to $25.00. Open daily from 7:30 to 8:30. You may choose to compliment your Caribbean vacation with a catered gourmet dinner, served in the privacy of your own condo or in the picturesque Terraza Bar.
 La Terraza rooftop bar open at 4:00 PM with Happy Hour from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. It has a spectacular view of the beach and jungle along with the stars at night. Your waiter will prepare your table and deliver your appetizer, with pre-dinner wine or beer, while you gaze at the fabulous Caribbean Sunset. Dinner will then follow with an entree of wonderful color and flavor. All fine dinners are accompanied with a delightful dessert.
Snorkeling
You don't need to be a diver to enjoy the salt-water coral reef or the crystal clear cenotes. Snorkelers of all ages can easily explore our surrounding water systems with just a mask, snorkel, fins, and buoyancy vest.
Just in front of the condos from 3-7 feet deep, you will find a fabulous fringing reef full of ocean life. In the lagoons and inlets, you will see the freshwater mix with the ocean water for an array of tropical fish life and calm waters. In the jungle's fresh water cenotes, you encounter a different look at the snorkeling world, to enjoy the view of the spectacular decorations made by mother earth herself.  Baby Sitting Service
Take advantage of our sitting services. Our sitters will stay in your condo; watch the children by the pool, on our sandy beach, or in our playground area.
For the children who would like to play games or color, we have plenty of crayons, coloring books, and even finger paints. Let us know if it is the evening hours that you would prefer this service. We will need to know ahead of time as to plan this for you., so take some time off to dive, snorkel, or dine, and let us help by watching your children.
 Food Shopping
There are several small shops in our immediate area; within a two mile radius you will find fruits, vegetables, breads, staples and sun block and all the essentials.
For a larger selections, there has recently been built a Wal-Mart and Sam’s club , in Playa del Carmen, 25 miles to our north.. If you want to pass through the city of Cancun before you drive down, there are many complete grocery stores to choose from.
You will also find many small shops, such as bakeries, fisheries, and fruit shops in the city of Tulum, 12 miles to our south.
