3. ROOMS ARE CLEANED, DISINFECTED, OZONIZED AND SEALED UNTIL NEXT CHECK IN.
4. LAUNDRY AND ALL LINENS ARE WASHED AND DRIED EXTENSIVELY AND SEALED IN PLASTIC HERMETICALLY SEALED BAGS AND PLACED IN ROOMS FOR MAXIMUM CLEANLINESS.
5. ALCOHOL GEL 70%, SURGICAL MASKS AND DISINFECTANT SPRAY OR/AND WIPES ARE ADDED TO THE AMENITIES.
6. DISINFECTANT FLOOR MATS AT EVERY ACCESS TO THE HOTEL.
7. GUEST ASSIST APP IS AVAILABLE, IN QR CODE, FOR EASY ACCESS TO INFORMATION REGARDING COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES.
8. IN ALL COMMON AREAS THERE ARE HAND DISINFECTANT STATIONS FOR CONVENIENT USE AT ANY TIME.
9. ALL AREAS ARE MARKED FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING FOR BOTH STAFF AND CLIENTS
10. STAFF OF ALL DEPARTMENTS WEAR PPE AT ALL TIMES.
11. BASIC SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 AND PROPER HAND WASHING ARE DISPLAYED VISIBLY FOR BOTH CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES.
12. ISOLATION AREAS ARE AVAILABLE IN CASE OF ANY SYMPTOMS. PLEASE BE DIRECTED TO "THE GUEST ASSIST APP" FOR DIGITAL DIAGNOSIS OR DOCTOR IF NECESSARY.

CHECK IN:

Please wave your hand in front of the ring bell to activate the motion sensor. A staff member, wearing PPE, will shortly greet you for a quick and safe check in; which will include:

1. Verifying your temperature with a pistol thermometer and sanitation of hands with 70% alcohol.
2. A couple of questions about your travel history for the past 14 days and place of origin.
3. A couple of questions confirming well-being or signs of any symptoms.
4. All luggage and high exposure personal items will be disinfected before entering the establishment as well as a safe body spray.
5. Disinfecting the bottom off shoes on a mat as you enter the establishment to enjoy your vacation.
6. Use the QR code provided at the entrance (or throughout the hotel) to download the Guest Assist App on your mobile devise for all information about traveling in the area and safety precautions.
